The Process
1 · Collect your old pieces
Send us a message with information about your gold or stones, or bring them with you to the store. You will find our address and opening hours on the showroom and contact page
2 · Create
Choose between a collection piece or a custom piece where we make an existing model for you. We can reuse your gold and diamonds. We also offer a full bespoke service — read more about the bespoke experience
3 · Non-binding
If we make a custom piece, we will closely follow up with your desires. A 3D model will be shown, and a wax model if needed. We will make sure we go through all the details before starting the final making process.
4 · Ready
After the final confirmation we create the piece with care in the workshop. Your order will be ready for pick-up within 4-6 weeks. At the moment we do not offer international shipping for custom pieces. In urgent matters we do our best to serve you as quickly as possible, without losing sight of the details.
